The front end had to be altered so the wheel was removed (it was going to be smaller) .
the triple tree was blasted and powder coated. Fork legs were dismantled and an internal 5cm. drop was made.The legs were a bit oily, so a new seal and guide bushing set were used in assembly after the legs were blasted and powder coated.
I stil had a smal alloy fender so I made this to fit on the original brace.
The upper clamp also houses the ignition switch.
I milled out the hole to fit a Koso 48mm. telltales meter .
A retro 5″ bates headlight was sourced. and the total package was put together.
I’m quite pleased how it turned out.
